Chocolate chip Cookies
Happy Tuesday guys, I believe you guys are doing great. The holidays are approaching and I know it's time to bond with your family especially your kids. Do something fun together, a snack they can grab anytime while you get your main meal together. Here is a recipe for chocolate chip cookies:
2.5 cup of all purpose flour
3/4 brown sugar
3/4 cup of granular/ white sugar
2 stick or 1 cup of salted butter( room temperature)/
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 tsp of baking Soda
1 tsp of salt
4oz of semi-sweet chocolate chips
Procedure
✔️In a separate bowl mix the dry ingredients all together ( baking Soda, salt, flour)
✔️In another bowl add the brown and white sugar, eggs, butter and vanilla extract then whisk
✔️Add the flour mix and to the wet mix
✔️And mix everything together with electric mixer or a whisk
✔️Then add the chocolate chips and stir with a wood stirrer
✔️apply a baking paper in baking sheet/pan
✔️Scoop a spoon full on the sheet and apply the palm of your hand or the spoon on it to make a little flat
✔️ repeat this process to the remaining dough
✔️Preheat your oven to 375F
✔️once you get your cookies on the sheet, they are ready to be baked
✔️ Put the cookies in the oven for 10-15 mins
Serve with milk or soft drink
