It's Gizzard time Yayyy!!
Recipe for Gizzard
2 lbs. of well-seasoned and cooked gizzard
7 oz. of oil
2 cups of blended ginger
2 cups of blended onion
2 Maggi chicken cubes (big ones)
1 cup of powdered pepper
1 big of white or purple onion finely chopped
1 big green pepper finely chopped
1 tsp. of Maggi pollo (chicken flavor bouillon)
Procedure
A deep wide skillet is NEEDED
Medium fire please ‼
Heat the oil for 3 minutes
Add the 2 Maggi cubes
Stir till they all melt
Add the blended onion and keep stirring for 6/7 mins
Add the blended ginger and keep stirring till it's a little brown
Add powdered pepper and stir
Allow it to cook for 5 mins
Add your cooked gizzard and keep stirring
Lower the heat now
Add the chopped onions and green pepper (leave a little bit on the side for garnishing)
Add the maggi pollo, Stir and allow it to cook for 2 mins—your gizzard is ready
