Fried Rice

Recipe and procedure for fried Rice
3 cups of rice
10!tsp. of vegetable / canola /olive oil
2 medium size green pepper
4 long carrots
30pcs of  fresh green beans
8 spring onions
4 large eggs (whisked/beat)
1 lb. of chicken / beef/ shrimp
6 tsp. of soy sauce
2 Maggi shrimp cubes

Procedure
Cut the beef into pieces, season and cook steam it separately
Cook rice separately with 2.5 cups of  water along with the beef stock 
Cut all the veggies into small pieces
Pour the oil in a skillet and add the Maggi cubes (medium heat)
Allow the Maggi to melt and stir
Add the beef and keep stirring
Allow it to cook for 3mins
Add the eggs and keep stirring for a perfect scramble
Allow it to cook for 1 min
Add the veggies (carrots, bell peppers, green beans& spring onions)
Keep stirring from like 5mins
Add the steamed rice and stir till the veggies are all mixed with the rice
Lower the heat and just keep stirring for 2mins
Add the soy sauce and stir till it’s completely mixed with the rice.
Taste if the salt is enough, if it’s not sprinkle a little adobo seasoning or regular salt on it
Keep stirring for 5 more minutes and your fried rice is DONE!!!
Serve with SHITO, STEWED/FRIED/GRILLED CHICKEN , STEAK ETC.
