Jamaican Curry Goat

Jamaican Curry Goat
Recipe
3lbs of goat meat(no skin, cut in mouth size pieces) 
1 potato ( peeled and cut on cubes)
1 cup of curry powder 
1/4 cup of vegetable or olive
1 tbsp of all spice 
1 tbsp of thyme 
2 tbsp of meat seasoning
3 cups of water
1 small onion( chopped) 
1 small habanero pepper( chopped)
1 small spring onion( chopped) 
 Handful of chopped parsley leaves (optional) 

Procedure 
Wash the meat thoroughly and remove all fat
Put them in the deep bowl
Add the meat seasoning, chopped onions, habanero pepper  and curry powder
Mix them all together well, then cover the bowl with plastic wrap
Allow it to marinate for 15-20minutes
Set your skillet on fire and set your heat to medium 
Add the oil and allow it to heat for 2 minutes
Add the meat  and turn every 2 minutes to avoid burn. 
Continue this process till the meat is turning brown 
Rinse the bowl your marinated the meat in with the 3 cups of water and add it to the meat
Add the all-spice  and thyme and stir 
Cover the skillet and allow the meat to cook for 30-40 minutes
Please stir every 10minutes
Add your potatoes and stir 
Allow it to cook for a another 8 minutes
The sauce show thicken by then, taste with yen salt is ok, if not add a pinch of salt and stir. 
Your curry goat is done👌🏾 
Serve with steamed rice or fried rice.
